A proud resident of McPherson since 1999 and a graduate of McPherson High School, Tiffani Floyd has deep roots in the community she serves. Licensed in real estate since 2013, Tiffany’s passion for the local area and her extensive background in sales and marketing make her an invaluable asset to her clients. In 2025, Tiffany’s commitment to the community deepened further when she purchased 4 Seasons Real Estate, solidifying her investment in the McPherson market.

Prior to dedicating herself fully to real estate, Tiffani honed her skills in the McPherson business landscape. For six years, she excelled in sales and marketing at McPherson Business (Machines) Solutions. Before that, she spent over three years building relationships and driving results in advertising sales for The McPherson Sentinel.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Tiffani is deeply committed to giving back to the community. Her extensive volunteer work includes involvement with the McPherson Main Street Promotions Committee and Board of Directors, the McPherson Chamber of Commerce Ambassador’s Committee and Board of Directors, and the McPherson City Planning Commission, where she currently serves as Secretary. She is also actively involved in the St. Joseph Catholic School PTO and School Council, the McPherson Middle School PTO, and holds leadership positions as the Prairie Land Realtors McPherson Council Director, Mid Kansas MLS Board of Directors/President, and a member of the Kansas Association of Realtors Board of Directors.

Tiffani’s dedication and expertise were recognized in 2016 when she was awarded Realtor® of the Year. A mother of two active children – Garrett, a McPherson High School graduate, and Bailee, a current high school student – Tiffani understands the importance of finding the right home for every stage of life.
